Career and Life Transitions
Whether you are in the middle of a big career switch or a life transition, allow me to support you. Transitions can be stressful and while some can be an exciting time for exploration and growth, many emotions can come along with the transitions such as grief, loss, anxiety, doubt, fear, and more.
Adjusting to change is not easy for everyone, and it’s important to acknowledge and face whatever emotions may arise within the process.
