6 weeks of more targeted assessment and support around your New Year’s health and/or career goals.

Health & Wellness Coaching Package (3-6 sessions, $180/session) - More targeted and individualized coaching to help you learn about your needs and receive specific recommendations for better health and wellness.
Career Coaching Package (3-6 sessions, $180/session) - Individualized coaching and guidance around your career options and next steps. (*Resume and cover letter support included)
