Body Image & Self-Esteem Support Group (Weekly on Zoom)

Are you tired of struggling with poor self-esteem and negative body image?

Join peers going through similar struggles in this weekly body image & self-esteem support group on Zoom.

Kickboxing for Mental Health (Online Course)

Do you have unresolved anger, anxiety or stress and want to learn a new outlet to help?

Do you feel that you need something beyond traditional talk therapy to help release those pent up emotions and tension?

This program integrates mental health work with kickboxing moves to help you channel and release your emotions in a more holistic way.

You will learn intuitive listening concepts to connect more with your emotions and the mind/body connection, while also learning basic kickboxing moves as a tool to better your mental health.

Juliette is both a licensed mental health counselor and a certified fitness facilitator. She brings in therapy concepts from Polyvagal Theory, EMDR, Mindfulness, Somatic therapy, Narrative therapy, CBT, DBT and more!

Beginners to kickboxing will learn basic introductory kickboxing moves to help with their mental health. Those more advanced in kickboxing will learn a whole new approach to the sport by using the moves to better their mental and physical health together.
